　　被誉为“史上第一部爱尔兰语恐怖片”，《弗雷瓦卡》围绕一位名叫休的护理工作者展开，她被个人悲剧所困扰。休被派往一个偏远村庄照顾一位患有广场恐惧症的女性，她既害怕邻居，也害怕纳希德——她相信几十年前被这些神秘民间实体绑架。随着两人建立起深厚的联系，休逐渐被这位老妇人的偏执、仪式和迷信所吞噬，最终面对她自己的过去所带来的恐怖。

　　由连续并相互构陷的恐怖元素和花絮构成。此次《恐怖故事3》跨越时间将故事呈现，“过去”设置在恐怖故事“狐狸窟”，“现在”聚焦在路怒症Road Rage，“未来”段落围绕人工智能“机械力”。向观众展现不同的元素，释放不同恐怖刺激时本片的内容和目标。

 传奇流行巨星Mother Mary（安妮·海瑟薇 饰）为了以完美形象回归舞台，找上疏远多年的好友兼前造型师萨姆（米凯拉·科尔 饰），却也掀开埋藏已久的伤疤。
