新万圣节

　　1963年，在位于美国的伊利诺斯州的霍登平原市。阴暗恐怖的夜色笼罩着这座死寂的小城市，一起奇异的惨案就在黑暗当中发生了：梅尔斯家里只有六岁大小的迈克尔·梅尔斯（达格·法奇饰），残忍的用棒球棒将母亲的男朋友一棍一棍的锤成了肉泥，然后又将自己的姐姐以及姐姐的男朋友一同肢解得支离破碎、惨不忍睹……　　事实上，这个特别的小男孩儿在一生来似乎从面孔到内心就充满了深深的邪恶与仇恨。而令所有人万万没有想到的是男孩刚刚长到他6岁这一年便疯狂般地露出了他狰狞的恶魔脸孔。而每一年象征着“群魔乱舞”的万圣节似乎也成了他活跃异常的时刻。　　根据美国当地的法律，未成年人杀人并不会受到警方更严厉的制裁，最终裁定将这个心灵扭曲的少年送到了精神疗养所进行看管。在那里，一个名叫萨米尔·鲁米斯的医生负责调教和看管恶魔男孩儿。从未见识过如此凶残的儿童的鲁米斯想尽一切办法接近这个可怕少年的心灵，试图去影响、改变他的一切。但医生做的所有尝试都最终以失败而告终。迈克尔·梅尔斯是一个极其顽固的邪恶的载体，他没有理智、毫无人性可言，有的只是日益强悍的身体和越来越强烈的暴虐和不断增长的杀戮欲望——萨米尔·鲁米斯最后也意识到了这点，但似乎所有这一切都已经为时太晚了。　　在被关押了漫长的十七年之后，已经“长大成人”的迈克尔·梅尔斯凭借强壮的身体终于找到机会逃出了逼仄的牢笼。压抑已久的仇复与杀戮的恶魔之心终于得到了释放的机会，他迫不及待的回到霍登平原市，去寻找他唯一真正爱护过的妹妹劳瑞。　　这一切的真相，只有萨米尔·鲁米斯知道，老医生深知他的目的所在；也只有萨米尔·鲁米斯知道，任何不幸遭遇恶魔迈克尔·梅尔斯的人都将以最惨痛的方式付出自己的生命做代价。如今，留给他的时间已经不多，他要竭尽全力去警告无知的人们，并保护这家人唯一的希望——劳瑞。与此同时，为了所有其他人的无辜性命，鲁米斯还要拼尽全力找到并控制住疯狂的迈克尔·梅尔斯。尤其是每当月黑风高的万圣节之夜悄悄降临时……

等待方舟

　　Set in an underground dungeon inhabited by bundled, ragged human beings, after the nuclear holocaust. The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart.　　Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory?　　n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in.　　What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts.　　On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired.　　One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places.　　Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.

把哥哥带走

村井理子（柴崎幸 饰）突然接到警方的电话，得知多年未见的哥哥（小田切让 饰）去世。发现尸体的是与哥哥同住的儿子良一，理子下定决心：“得赶紧把哥哥变成可以携带的尺寸。”于是她前往东北，时隔七年在警察局再次见到了哥哥的前妻加奈子（满岛光 饰）以及他们的女儿满里奈（青山姫乃 饰）。 　　三人一同整理哥哥住过、早已变成垃圾屋的公寓，发现了一张贴在墙上的全家福照片，照片中有年幼的理子与哥哥，还有哥哥、加奈子、满里奈与良一的合影。在为哥哥处理后事的过程中，理子不断吐槽哥哥，而曾被哥哥连累的加奈子却对她说：“也许理子你，并不了解他全部的一面。”四个角色重新面对“家庭”的混乱四天就此开始。

唤醒杀手

　　影片讲述了哈维无意中发现了多年前连环杀手十二宫自拍的杀人录像，他联系好友决定报警并平分十万美金的悬赏，不料当夜杀手便将他们盯上，一场屠杀即将开始。
